Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a diverse portfolio of client engagements
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on the current state of the client mission and best practice alternatives for a future state
  • Surface and document key insights from client interactions and data collection
  • Co-develop presentations and client deliverables
  • Design products to explain findings and project purpose and next steps to internal and external clients
  • Co-facilitate strategic discussions (in-person and virtual meetings) and synthesize the outputs of those interactions
  • Manage a task including the client expectations, project plan, resources, team deliverables, and quality product
  • Formulate plans to implement recommendations
  • Coordinate event logistics
  • Contribute to a wide range of internal ‘Business Building’ activities e.g. marketing strategy, recruiting efforts

  • Comfortable working within ambiguous environments
  • Detail orientated
  • Active Top Secret clearance is required; higher DoD clearance is preferred
  • Superb performance in undergraduate/graduate academics; MBA, or other graduate degrees preferred
  • 3 – 8 years’ experience in management consulting, or a related field or industry
  • Willingness to travel up to an estimated 15% of the time
