We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting knowledge, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with in-house client relationship managers on a regular basis and proactively identify immediate hiring needs. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) pre-sourced by our Talent Sourcer on a daily basis
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Complete and regularly update data entry of candidates contact information, documentation, interview notes and communications with candidates
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Collaborate with team to write compelling and informative job ads for current openings
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Report to internal managers on the status of open positions
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation and grow our talent pipeline
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to managers
  • Provide summaries of candidates fully qualified for presentation to clients
  • Coordinates interviews of candidates continuing to client interviews
  • Perform reference checks
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about assignments, compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including submissions per job, time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard and coach them during assignment
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
  • Experience with Bullhorn a plus
