Bangor Payroll is looking to add a HCM Solutions Consultant to our team.
The role of a Solutions Consultant requires the knowledge and skills necessary to assist sales and operations staff with the intricacies of UKG Ready. The successful candidate will focus on delivering expert advice and support to multiple resources while assisting in the design and delivery of client solutions. As a strategic partner, the Solutions Consultant will play an important role in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of complex clients.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Assess customer's business challenges and current business environments and translate them into UKG's solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Assist in the strategic positioning of solution recommendations & value or products and services
  • Assist in aligning client objectives to solutions, methodology & effective business processes and setting expectations on resourcing, timeline, challenges, opportunities, risks, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing complex detailed multi-suite solution designs
  • Ensures solutions adhere to design governance
  • Controls scope & team objectives, drive change
  • Reviews and maintains the software technology roadmaps and standards. These standards will be used as a baseline for design evaluations and adoption of technologies across all portfolios.
  • Designs, documents, implements, and promotes the use of appropriate software application improvements.
  • Readily exchange ideas so we can innovate, adapt and continually improve our performance
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College, business or professional training preferred
  • Previous UKG Ready or similar HRIS system experience
  • FPC or CPP and SPHR/PHR designations desired
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage small projects
  • Excellent collaborator and a team player
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written required
  • Ability and willingness to mentor/coach
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel
  • Flexibility to travel as needed up to 10%

Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements:

  • General office environment
  • Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required
  • Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required
  • Occasional in-state travel required for client training
