We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service person for our North American operations of an International manufacturer of thermal controls, who will help to support our team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented , and proficient in handling various administrative tasks. This role involves interacting with customers, providing product information, processing orders, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. Our company is based in Warwick, Rhode Island and is a division of the parent company in France. This position is entry level with the opportunity for further growth and development as the company expands its North American presence, and product line.

Responsibilities :

1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and Microsoft teams to provide product information, answer inquiries and assist with sales inquiries.
2. Proactively working with our sales representatives to generate sales leads and follow up on current leads, for new and existing applications.
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Daily communication with French parent headquarters to process manufacturing orders and shipments.
6. Keep accurate records of new inquiries and existing projects through Sales Force software.
